i remember playing guitar at a friends house and then hearing taimane and i was like dude lets jump in the car im getting a uke! thanks for some inspiration and love the snippet of cream at the end

It is made for 8 strings but Taimane only uses 5 or 6. A, E, C, and double low G, sometimes she doubles C also.

i had a ukelele when i was 5 on a stage play, i know it was meant to be a prop at the time, but i loved how it sounded. what was the last song towards the ending. sounded rather enthralling.

The ukulele is a friend to the player. The last song u refer to is probably Tico Tico, a great Brazilian song.

Again, I'm blown away by your abilities, and your respect for such a wonderful, misjudged instrument. I've always loved the uke, but only got my first a year ago. I do quite a lot of long-term camping on paleontology digs, and love the portability and joy that the Uke has. I'm still in the very early stages of playing, really more like tinkering than really playing, and this so makes me want to explore it further. Mahalo!
