That actually used to be legal about 20 or so years ago. you were required only 1 stroke above the water. but THIS is the reason they don't allow it. its to good

i dont think i'm wrong, im sure there were a handful of swimmers who made there be a limit to how much you can swim underwater. Im sure denis pankratov was one of them. And misty hyman as well.
