THUNDERFOOT!

This actually dates back to the day after the PZ Myers chat (Sept 18th 2010).

Happened to be going along I90 and decided to drop by Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Never been here before. It was overcast, windy and none too warm. Its meant to be a good place for wild life but I only saw one Bison and one antelope. It's kind of like a cold northern badlands, and obviously gets hammered in winter. You can go on a 'tour' of Roosevelts cabin, but to be honest it was just looked like a single room log cabin in the middle of nowhere. However the guy obviously had a thing for the wild!

Good job! An incredible drive, to be certain. Driving through the northern midwest during heavy cloud formation is nothing short of breathtaking! I have never seen so many amazing sights in such a short amount of time as I did during a recent car trip from Minneapolis, MN to Flat Head Lake, Montana. Anyone who opts to fly such a journey instead of driving it is truly missing out.
