Villagers believe the legendary beast, the Nabau, had a dragons head, seven nostrils and could change its shape.

Nabau 'Borneo Monster'

Photos show a 100 footlong snake winding down a river in the Asian nation of Borneo.

Local villagers vouch for the creature's existence, saying it could be the shape-shifting serpent Nabau of folklore

picture was snapped from a helicopter by a member of a flood monitoring team.

The monster is said to be rarely seen, yet appears close to shore. Judging by the scale
of the pictures, the figure looks much longer than 100 feet according to columnist Benjamin Radford.
