Minneapolis on March 23, 2007. Dr. Hayes is an authority on the
effects of the pesticide atrazine on frogs, and is not popular with
chemical companies for his views and proven research.

I attended the MLK Symposium and saw this presentation in person. I was absolutely appalled by the fact that dangerous chemicals like this are being pumped into our crops and eventual water supplies. The entire story actually reminded me of Erin Brokovich, with the huge chemical company trying to cover up for having poisoned so many people...and then actually creating a drug that helps treat the diseases that can be a direct result of their poison! The company even asked for the research!

In EU is effectively banned so why is it made in switzerland? It boils down to the age-old reason of private interest. Must be banned worldwide. How clearer should it be? The fact it isn't banned yet says a lot about the current state of US where government is at the service of private interest and (almost all) citizens are oblivious to the issues they should truly care about, but are to desensitized by weapons of mass distraction and indoctrination served by the media industrial complex :|

im honestly afraid to write my legislature though. then they will know who i am. yeah, that does scare me. isnt THAT fucked up. however, myself and others do need to. because then they will realize that the people are not as naive as they are trying to have the media convince us we are.

Atrazine was banned in the EU in 2004. 20 years after the fact France STILL has Atrazine in it's water. It is not in Switzerland, the manufacturer Syngenta's home, nor in Canada, and more. YET, in America we spray this toxin on our FOOD, and in our forests,and beyond WHY ??? There is nothing fake about this video nor Prof. Hayes studies NOR the scientific data out there warning of this toxin. Unless of course you chose to rely only on the studies bought and paid for by Syngenta.
