I have been having major issues with ingrown hairs and now I just refuse to shave my face. How often do I have to shave using your products to maintain a smooth ingrown hair free face?Further, are your products guaranteed ingrown hair free results. If not, are the products returnable for a refund?

The frequency of shaving depends on your rate of hair growth, etc. Unfortunately, the products are not returnable through our online store...but the manufacturer will honor all associated product warranties.
