2 minutes of rest between every two rounds

#1 Torch Press using homemade clubbell (approximately 30 pounds)
#2 Overhead Medicine Ball Slams (Hercules Ball - 25 pounds)
#3 Elbow Strikes to punching bag
#4 Negative Glute Ham Raise using homemade GHR board
#5 Double Kettlebell Gorilla Walk (35 pounds each)
