Hipnthigh, Contrology
The hipnthigh is a new method of training that not only targets the core muscles, but also the large muscles of the hips, thighs and buttocks allowing these large muscle groups to be worked deeply and efficiantly, bringing shape and definition to these (sometimes) problem areas.
