YES!
A PINECONE.
Because the physical laws that govern electromagnetics would
describe the magnetic fields as fractal patterns if you map how they change in time while charging up a magnet - which, made visible by this demonstration - mirrors patterns seen throughout nature. Pinecones, flowers, trees... are all made up of atoms that bond in magnetically resonant structures.

f**king magnets. How do they work?

@teetertoter3 But how

Magnets are attracted to each other--can't explain that.

Is this in a mall?

Did you stop applying electricity at the end? Is that why the fluid falls back into the container?

@Camyum Yes, there is a small static magnet under the dish and an electomagnet above. The current is varied during the video.

the magnet is the thing at the top? how powerful is it?

@christhemountain Yes in this version it is a moderate magnet with 1000 windings and 4 A on a 20mm steel rod. The length is about 25cm.
