this is not fake, it's just a product obtained directly from the manufactures and profit before tax of factories and sometimes with small defects that are not approved by the manufacturing sector. ebay has a lot in Chinese seller who does that "steals" from inside the factory-Monster Beats. Are identical in appearance and sound quality. are then identical and original.

I bought mine here in Brazil. Though the angle of the phones and the protective case and manuals looks the same of the video, the plastic bag is smaller than in the original showed in the video, the beats logo in the box is withe and the wire of the phones were holded by wire (is that right?). Going beyond, the beats inscrition in the phones are a bit scratched and in the plug is missing. Now, my question is: Is that a fake or not? I mean, the chinese people have improved their copy skills?
