Fiat-Supreme Court Upholds No-Knock Police Search Policy

Wicked judges, who call themselves 'Supreme' as if they're supreme-beings: support & permit the 'no-knock police search policy' to be enforced, nationwide. So those so-called 'Supreme-beings' went to Court and made it easier for police to barge into homes and seize evidence without knocking or waiting.

It should be obvious to all of us that the 'no-knock policy' is really an unconstitutional-policy. This man is one of many victims of the Zionists/Nazis, who implement ridiculous laws to fight the war on our civil-liberties.

Information About that Incident:

Tracy Ingle was asleep in his house when armed police using a no-knock warrant burst in. Unsure about what was happening, he reached for a non-functioning pistol, but began to drop it as soon as he realized who they were. The gesture was too late -- officers shot him 5 times.

Mercifully, he survived, but despite not finding any drugs in his house, Tracy is being charged with two felony counts of Aggravated Assault, drug paraphernalia and running a drug premises. He is in very poor physical shape and obviously not doing well psychologically, due to the incident. Many people in his town and even family find it easier to believe the police would not make such a big mistake. Of course Tracy's neighbor -- who saw the whole thing -- believes him, but the police have intimidated him to near silence. Everyone who speaks to his neighbor privately hears his story, but after the police "questioned" him for 4 hours and "advised" him not to get involved, he has refused to testify or go on the record.

He and his family are trying to get a lawyer to fight this injustice but do not have the necessary funds, yet.

Tracy's situation is current at rock bottom. He has not received the care he needs, he cannot work, he cannot drive, and is he suffering from PTSD ever since the incident. He does not know who he can trust and lives in fear of the local police. Tracy needs help in paying his hospital bills, medical expenses (such as continued care), medications, counseling and transportation expenses.

While your point about no-knock warrants being unconstitutional is valid, going all paranoid about the "evil jews" just plain fucks up the whole thing.

And BTW, it's called the Supreme Court because it was set up to be the highest court of law in the country, not for some delusions of godhood. Kids in high school and probably grade school understand that.

It is clear the Supremes has been compromised and we are in a police state. But, you can sue. So, you lose a loved one but you can become a millionaire? It seems the police have absolute power throwing arbitrary warrants and destroying your property and kicking in your door and shooting you when you react on reflex, then charge you with resisting arrest or attempted murder if you have a gun.

Doesn't matter what injustices the police do, courts will always vindicate their stupidity.

I think eventually, a unified world government could be a good thing. After all, imagine what we could become if we weren't at each other's throats most of the time. But not with the current crop of bozos, or any of their successors. Maybe a few centuries from now, when we're a little closer to acting like adults.

2nd, the problem here is authoritarianism, which requires no specific ideology except order and control. We saw extremes of it in the Nazis, the Soviet Union, China, N. Korea, and so forth.

We see it to a lesser extent (though with increasing disregard for the Constitution & BoR) in the Neocon movement, the Religious Right, and politicians associated with it, most notably Reagan, Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. - all packed the court with like-minded judges, BTW.

Last I checked, Zionism was about supporting the state of Israel as a homeland for Jews. I don't know if it's a sort of "Israel right or wrong" thing, though as with any ideology involving strong nationalism in some cases it probably is.

But I'm pretty sure that Nazis, aka the guys who wanted to eliminate all Jews, and Zionists probably don't get along too well. At very least, no cards exchanged on holidays.
