Part 9-3 of our Wii Fit Plus Aerobics Playthrough sees us wrap up the Free Run with the 30 Minute rendition. This one is pretty tiring, but a very good aerobic exercise. My legs tigthened up, but they were fine a few minutes after running...no soreness the next day. I would reccommend working your way up to this one or casually pacing yourself in the early phases. It is a good "winter" exercise for those looking to build up endurance when there is inclement weather outside. It was our first play, but we managed to get the 4-Star Ranking we were looking for.

@Pussgurkan91 Nice, what times are you clicking off? I rarely do the 30 minute run, lol. I would prob play more if they changed it up from the basic island loop.
