@GETURHANDSUP916 I dont think they were talking about that.They were saying that in japan their top chars are much different than ours,I think it is because,in general,Japanese players have more dedication and a better mindset than american players do usually,I think that is heavily influenced by culture in japan.They have "unlocked" characters that american players have chalked up to being bad characters,like T.Hawk,again that is due to their dedication and mindset.

@darks0r4 I agree, there is no rule book that says whatever someone from Japan says about tier list is always right. It's all opinion. Japan is just putting more time into the game, making their tier list true.
