Holy shit he used his directional signal before switching lanes. Also seems very unusual he was not traveling at twice the speed limit and following other cars at a distance of 3 feet. I've honestly seen very few vehicles uglier then this one and I could certainly stand to see fewer of them hiding under bridges and in bushes waiting to pull over some chump for going a little too fast when there is real police work out there to be done. MSP- snatching hard working Americans' money since 1865.
