2 45s each side=200lbs plus 35s each side=270lbs plus 10s each side=290lbs the bar weighs 20lbs. i think i could have got 285 but i went for 290 and i just did 275lbs 1 rep and 185lbs 21 reps before this.
i am 5'7inches and 158lbs and am 18 years old.

  • Smith machine bars only weigh like 20lbs, if that. Try using free weights, smith machines take all of the work out of benching so take about 50-70lbs off your max on the smith machine and thats what you can do on free weights

  • first of all that was assisted bench you puss, ur fatttttt. maybe you should do more reps with less weight. try it ;)
