Caramel at the Dog & Hydrant

UPDATE! Caramel is one of those "round-bottomed" happy smiley all the time kind of gals! This super friendly gal is ready to find her forever home! Why she is still here, none of us know?? Someone is missing out on a great dog as she is one of the volunteers' favourite dogs at our shelter!

Caramel seems to like most other dogs, too, so she could most likely be a happy second canine addition to a home. Sadly, though, cats are not on Caramel's "like list."

She appears to be housebroken and is easy to handle on a leash. Being middle-age, she is still playful and enjoys having a good time with you, but doesn't have that "over the top" teenager energy level.

Caramel likes to bark initially in her kennel when meeting people sometimes, like "Heh, check me out!" Then she quickly squishes up to the bars for a full body massage. No one passes Caramel without giving her pets, so be prepared for a "love-in" when you come to meet her!
