I am very glad that I could help. Please keep in mind that a result of frequent muscle spasms is accumulation of lactic acid in soft tissues that could cause pain and discomfort for long time. In this case my simple program Tune-Up can to reduce lactic acid and pain and restore muscles tone. You can find more information on my cite tuneup.org

Actualy, a strain triggers muscle spasms- one of the most common problems in our lives, but it is also one of the most neglected. It is often very difficult to diagnose this problem because we cannot see muscle spasms on x ray or MRI. This factor can delay or even prevent an appropriate treatment. Muscle spasms can be in the tissues for weeks and months causing discomfort, pain, and even damage to vital organs of the body. Prevention (Tune-Up) is the key! Visit: tuneup.org for more..

Try the next:
in the position on the back placed rolled tawel under your neck while holding the ends in hands and make slow punching motions, the neck should be complitely relaxed fo1min X 3 sets. After that start stretching exercise that you have watched on my You Tube. If you have this problem periodically that Tune-Up program helps the best, just visit tuneup.org for more information. Best, ML,
