How to put an unhappy cat in a pet carrier.

@LotteHjorth Yeah same here. I just took my cats to get Spayed this morning, and it took an hour of running around the house, and two bloody arms to finally get them in their carriers. The trick I learned was to lay the carrier vertically with the cage facing up, and just drop them in there. I wish I knew this before I got slashed by their claws though.

instead of filming, u probably shoulda helped

The proper way is to tilt the cage so the opening faces up, grab the cat by the scruff, place one hand under the hind and pour the cat in.
Scruffing it paralyzes it.

@dndlocke They can be quite...trying but they're so much cuter than babies. And easier on the uterus too.

@aerialkate cats are asshole, they're distressed half the time when they don't get their way.

Hi, I think you need one of these: search for Kitty Kuddly on YouTube or Google. Check out the website.
This is a WELL-behaved cat - mine would have shred your arm to blood... ;-)

I'm sure you love your cat and I'm sure you're very responsible owners (not judging), but the pet carrier is too small for the cat - that's why he's distressed. You need a medium, not a small carrier. Had the same problem with one of my own cats.
