Hill resistant sprints are the ultimate speed developer for all sports from track & field to the court and on the field.

Demonstrating this drill is former all-conference running back and basketball player, Joe Allen.

Using short hills and Pro Athletic Bands initiates the 'step over & drive down' technique.
This combination teaches the athlete to stay low and apply maximum ground force.
