It`s not about long life...?

@hypnos315 he might be referring to dehydrating. dehydrating at low temperatures (less than 115~ degrees F) is considered raw because it doesn't kill the enzymes.
-
He said he covered the temperature..... Temperature of what? Is raw food cooked???

You've really helped make a lot of things click with food, I'm already vegan but I think I'm going to transition to raw veganism now. :)

Our bodies are experiencing yet another part of the Great Illusion, we live in a very dark age where the truth is hidden from us, and what better place to hide the truth then right in front of us . By having altered our way of thinking (Our thinking patterns),
the ones controlling this world have insured half of their victory in this War, since (Knowing) is half the battle.
When you become aware of the Great Illusion, you'll come to know that everything really is contrary to what you thought.

You mention bee pollen for smoothies. Is bee pollen vegan?
Emmibissellchannel 2 years ago
i'm not entirely sure but my understanding is that bee pollen comes from flowers and the bees just collect it. i don't think bees are harmed in the process of humans collecting it in turn from them, but i would not be too stoked if they were harmed. honey is another product that wouldn't be considered vegan. it's essentially bee puke. but if honey is collected with integrity and care, it doesn't harm the bees and it's a nutritious sweetener. if something feels ok in the heart i think its legit.

With that being said, I don't have any support for raw diet, but I'd never give it up. I used to be very sick and discovered raw food because traditional medical solutions offered no hope. Now I have no need for the doctors, drugs and uncontrollable over eating. I save so much money, people keep saying 'Ain't organic produce expensive?' I tell them that I spend money on what keeps me healthy and not on poor food, sickness and disease treatments.
