*Elizabeth's POV*
I woke up and reached over to grab at air. I sat up and saw that Joe was gone. I heard the downstairs door open so I pulled on one of Joe's button downs over my tank-top and panties. I walked downstairs to see Joe sitting down on the couch with a depressed look on his face. "Joe?" He looked up at me and sighed. "Elizabeth, we need to talk." he said and I got a knot in my stomach. I finished walking down the stairs and sat next to him. He took my hand and sighed again. "When we finished doing..everything, I went into the bathroom and realized that..the condom had broken." I blinked a few times. "W-what are you saying? That I could be pregnant?" Joe didn't answer so I jumped off the couch. "Joe I'm 17! I can't be pregnant! I just can't!" Tears started to stream down my face and Joe pulled me into his arms. "Shh baby. Everything will be ohkay. We'll tell my parents and then we'll take it from there." I continued to cry as Joe gently picked me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and kept them there when he layed me down on the bed. He snuggled next to me and I cried myself to sleep.

*Nick's POV*
Pheonix and I were taking a walk along the beach while Joe and Elizabeth were talking. I don't know what about but Joe had told us to leave so we did.

Pheonix-Nick?
Nick-Yeah babe?
I turned and smiled at her.

Pheonix-Are you guys going to have to move? After what happened to Kev and Liz?

I blew air out and ran a hand through my hair.

Nick-More than likely.
Pheonix-Oh.
She looked so sad and forlorn. I quickly ducked my head and kissed her.

Nick-Sweetheart, I want you to come with us. Your parent's live in Paris. I don't think they'll mind.
Pheonix-Nick..I have school.
Nick-You can transfer. I don't want to lose you.
We stopped walking and she quickly thought about it.

Pheonix-Ohkay. But only if your parents will let me.

I smiled the biggest smile at her and picked her up and spun her around.

Pheonix-NICK! NICK PUT ME DOWN!
She squealed and I laughed. I put her down and kissed her long and hard.

Nick-How about we go to Erica's and Kevin's?
Pheonix-Ohkay.
I took her hand and we walked to Erica's house.
