The athlete must stress the linear hip explosion off the ground rather than the push off emphasized by many. This now starts to have the athlete understand even more the methodology behind the L Bands and will make it easier for them to run with the L Bands when the time comes. The knee coming forward and up is the key as both legs are still coming off the ground almost simultaneously.
