@808Sumner As long as he's been at Sale he's been the strongest. Only Chabal could get anywhere near him. Definately one of the world's strongest rugby players.... don't know about the strongest though. Maybe Pierre Spies?

Folks, Sheridan was a bricklayer. If that's not clear, that is someone who builds things out of bricks that he (or she) has carried. He is quite used to carrying around massive, awkward loads. Aside from his obvious genetic gifts, that has a lot to do with his size.
