Let's Play LoZ: OoT Min Items Run Part 48 - Bongo-Bongo and the Ferry of Death

At long last, the boss with the fingers that look like french fries rears his ugly ... erm, eye? Anyway, I get owned repeatedly, but I actually only died to the boss itself three or four times. The Stalfos claimed a few of the fatalities.

Speaking of our skeletal friends, I figured out how to easily beat them on the boat. Cheap? Yes. Effective? HELL yes. :D

So what I discovered about Bongo-Bongo is that using a charged spin-attack against his charge move is waaay more effective than Lens-of-Truth-and-arrows. In fact, this method entirely eliminates any need for the Lens of Truth. EPIC WIIIN.

What I find hilarious is that the uncut recording was just over 20 minutes long, and yet the finished video ended up being only about eleven minutes. I had to cut out all of the traveling from the beginning and I sped up most of my failed battles.

@MrCaptainchainsaw As it says in both the title and the tags, this is a minimum items run. That means three hearts, and no upgrades or items that aren't strictly required. I don't want to sound mean, but in the future please pay attention to things such as the title and description before commenting. x^x;

I played the 3DS version and quickly found out how annoying Bongo Bongo is! Took me a few tries to figure how to properly beat him

Yeah, Bongo-Bongo = most annoying boss in the game. Except Ganondorf. D:

@TheThunderPegasus Eh, Morpha's only annoying if you get caught and you have few enough hearts to die in one hit. It's honestly very difficult to die to Morpha -- I just happen to be good at dying. :P

This is by far the hardest boss to beat on a 3 heart run. One time he killed me as soon as the fight started because I couldn't get the camera to cooperate, and I got flattened.

@Superwombat6 Ganon Is Kinda easy And Bongo Bongo is Hard but after a couple tries its like eating Pie

The Shadow Temple is my fave dungeon, I love its style not to mention all the pass through walls and invisible obstacles. Bongo Bongo is a real monster! Any boss who grabs and throws you is definitely tough!
