  • Sounds good. I will try. I made a nice smoothie this morning. Raw kale, cocconut milk, frozen blueberries, small pear and hemp protein. I also juice quite a lot of low sugar veg which I often blend with avocado, really nice. but your right, loads of whole foods is where it is at. Balance is what it is all about

  • @nutritioaltherapist Thx, sometimes lately I am doing a raw kale, spirulina smoothie, I use bananas, strawberries...it is awesome..I don't do it everyday, but usually I eat kale raw alone...nothing against an occasional smoothie.

  • @peoniesfleur spot on.

  • HO DAMN I WOULD TEAR THAT BUFFET UP. MMMM. MM-MM.

  • @Marraudor

  • So, basicly, the carbs are quite low on this diet, this means for us to look normal, we should overeat those nuts?

  • @thedurianking OMG $20 (2 year ago) for a plate of salad ffs they ripping people off badly, i mean i know it is speciality but they are hardly promoting health to the general public charging those prices

  • This is one of the really fantastic videos on YouTube because it satisfies so much of our curiosity! :-)

  • I am sprouting mung beans, adukis, and raw buckwheat groats. I also try to sprout my wild rice.

I eat tons of RAW organic Kale and I don't do smoothies. I just eat it.

I believe in eating food whole.

I do cook sweet potatos. I don't believe in the perfect raw food diet. I am 95 percent raw. I feel great. I eat raw free range egg yolks, raw fish, cold smoked salmon, and some rare cooked organ meat. I believe in a balance. Listening to what the body needs. I feel incredible.

  • Are you saying......... I go visit Florida for vacation stop by for lunch and shop at the health store let say to buy B12 , no problem?
