@ortzinator Nobody picks that line of work by choice though. People with a certain skillset will inevitably end up in a job where there's very little to gain by being good at it, and the wages reflect the efforts of the lowest common denominator. It's an enviroment that discourages effort, thus the need for a chant to build team spirit. Without that, people'd realise how shit they have it and take their chances in the doll que.
In other news, I hear Walmart'll be annexing Poland and France.

Of course those idiots on stage are happy; they're making millions while those responsible for those millions are making shit!!! Corporate greed at its finest!
-
nobody's forcing you to work for them

And this is why unions rule. They keep Wally world from imposing their will. Especially for that totally outrageous absence policy that should be illegal and should get Wal Mart sued.

i worked at the home office in Bentonville several years ago and the cheer got really old. Though, the shareholder meeting was an interesting event. They would bring in a large group from the home office to cheer and celebrities would also appear. Richard Simmons lead the early cheer, which was hilarious, and Faith Hill performed.

Is this russian walmart.... that sounds like a socialist chant there.....atta boy to the crowd. Walmart associates are sheep.... follow ye sheep , thy establishment shall take you on a journey!
If they really believed "The customer is always number 1" they wouldn't make us ship out sub-quality glasses in the optical labs.

Okay, granted, prior to getting my LASIK eye surgery, I admit I wouldn't have gotten glasses at wal-mart.
