Nice video, and a neat facility!
I was an ammonia refrigeration engineer for more than twenty-two years, and cannot even begin to imagine how many millions of pounds of vegetables I froze during my career.
By the way, hearing protection... didn't see it in the video. Also, no ear muffs or hoods in the freezer? My freezers hit -40, not counting wind chill from the huge evaporator fans, so your ears would freeze off in no time without protection. Safety First!!

If its a BAC condenser then the problem clearly exists elsewhere!
