@azim, which of the movements you see on tribal fusion dancers aren´t rachels or mardis or whomever.? its a flowing of ideas& movements throughout the whole bellydancing scene. dancers influence each other, we get inspiration from other dancers and all of us try to catch a "tune" from artists we admire. i believe getting inspiration from others does help creativity and you build yourself a kind of vocabulary to use it and improvise from it .... its the same in music, in art or in dancing.
