When we got back from Germany, 2 or 3 of our German friends from Regensburg came back with us and graduated from MSU. One of them married a Wichita Falls girl who was also in Germany. One shared an apartment with me.
I graduated from MSU in 1972 with a degree in Foreign Language-German. I was a member of the first foreign studies program and spent a year in the University in Regensburg, Germany. I am also one of the co-founders of the German Club at MSU.
MSU is great, I currently go there and I love it. At first I was unsure of the campus environment, since it's a small town type of school, but here I found some of the closest friends and the nicest teachers. Also I joined Kappa Sigma Fraternity here, which has opened many doors for me and has further expanded my reputation as a student and person. Overall, MSU is a great school.
I just finished the nursing program here and i LOVED this school. Yes its a small city, but big enough. Its only 2hrs from Dallas, and the school is very diverse from all over the world, not just the US. The school has a lot of school spirit. Unfortunately I started late (age 27) and nursing school took so much of my time that I wasn't involved with school spirit, but we saw it. If anyone attends, add me as your friend if you ever have any questions.I know the city like the back of my hand
Midwestern State University is a great place to go to challenege your mind! Classes are very structured and have a very personal feel and your professor knows your name. Get involved on campus if you attend MSU!! I have enjoyed my time here and the people are very friendly here. The campus is one of the most diverse campuses in the whole nation!

I wonder if Dr. Tucker (white bearded Math professor seen in clip) still lectures there? He so often lost his train of thought...
