Now in its second year, the Accidental Leader programme aims to develop executives at director or CEO level within small and medium enterprises in the creative and digital industries in the North West region. This includes people who have started a TV, radio, games, publishing, public relations, creative, or digital content business, which is at least 12 months old.

Funded by Northwest Vision and Media in partnership with Skillset, and supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency, the programme helps participants to develop their leadership skills, create efficient teams and use interactive media as a tool for achieving high growth and long-term success. The course also offers unique networking and collaboration opportunities for executives, both within and outside of their particular sector.
