Oh never mind I see it! :)

how many lbs are you using? Is it 25 per each kettlebell?

Love your workouts. I'm building my strength up from nothing after being ill for some time. You are an inspiration. If I even get to a third of your fitness level I will be a happy woman . Go Kitty !

@HolyTormentor The bent over rows are really good for your lats. As long as you have the right form (which she does) you will only get good results from it.

Nice... but it seems as if she was holding her breath one the one arm shoulder press. But great work!

Do you have any suggestions of exercises with the kettlebell for the back? I have scoliosis and my back muscle really could use some strengthening! :) Thanks!

@WWloser84 That's a tough one. Because of your condition I would be careful with back exercises. I would recommend some bodyweight exercises first, or using very light KBs.Bent over rows are good for upper back, deadlifts strength lower back (if done properly). Also, if you have a stability ball, you can lie over it on your front and either raise your torso, or your legs. search for my stability ball workout for ideas. Also I would suggest core exercises. I will think of more for you :)

Does doing presses like that hurt your shoulders? It looks like it would put a lot of stress on the rotator cuff, especially with heavier weights. Not criticizing at all, just wondering if it bothered you :)

Nope these presses do not bother my shoulders. I have done and, still do a lot of shoulder work (light and heavy) and I focus on technique and all parts of my shoulder, so I've never had any problems with my rotator cuffs.
Some people may be prone to injury here coz they tend to concentrate on the anterior aspect of shoulders, which puts strain on the posterior muscles. I also perform a lot of great exercises for my upper back, which also help stabilise my shoulders. :)
