  • If training begins with sliding your futon into the kitchen, you probably shouldn't consider yourself an "expert."

  • you should really demonstrate in real time. Your balance is way off. there is no such thing as a pelvic muscle. If you are going to do instructional videos, know what you are doing and talking about. People will take you more seriously.
