Pseudotropheus saulosi (the fish in this video) grows to be about 4" long. These are clearly very young fish. People are so impatient, always wanting immediate gratification. Give them some time to grow and soon you will be saying there are too many fish in the tank!
I like buying young fish because (1) I love to watch them mature into colorful adults, (2) young fish are cute (3) you know about how old they are and (4) you know you will enjoy them for their full lifespan.
