Its not hard to restring a Floyd rose. Its just a pain in the ass. I never used one and my first try I got it right I just tie a string on the whammy bar to keep still while I do the rest

Its not hard to restring a floyd guys. When I first got my esp it only took me about a half hour to restring and it was the first time using a floyd rose. They arent that bad.

You try and restring a Floyd rose Matt! Shit ain't easy :/ I spend 100 bucks a week having my Floyd restrung ad rebalanced :(

Floyd tremolo's are a bitch to restring! If only I had a company that could send me a brand new guitar every time I need to restring....if I did......looks like strings would break quite quickly >:D

It's easy I do it all the time. Just use the whammy bar to keep the tension as you put the new strings on... And as long as you use the same gauges they will end up balanced just like the last set.

I've had one of my favorite guitars (which has a floyd) sitting stringless for about a month now. There's truth behind the tremolo comment haha. I hate changing those.

@rolipolirocks actuallu what would be smart for syn and schecter... is if syn signed a guitar when he gets it, uses it till he breaks a string, then when he needs to have new strings, just trade it at schecter for a new one. then schecter turns and sells a signed syn custom played by syn himself.... omg that would work so smoothly... im writing a letter to syn today
