A how to build it would be helpful.

Does anyone sell anything like this? It's like a manual CNC, which is what I'm looking for for freehand routing.

Really excellent DIY tool.

Well done!

I just realized you already addressed that. Thanks. It looks incredibly smooth. Is it aluminum channel and skateboard bearings? Too many questions, I know.

This is cool, but is it a problem that it teeters a little around :25? What I mean is, it looks like the wheel on the left lifts up a little bit.

@KCDaveB it's not an issue when it's sitting on top of my torsion box work table. the whole assembly in this video is sitting on top a pile scraps. I'm also running a bearing assembly under the X rail which prevents what you are seeing at :25.

The chatter you can hear is wax on the X rail from when I was originally using wood for the temporary slides. that'll be cleaned up soon enough. You can see the Y carriage lift off the X rail. This is caused by three things:
1 - the fact the whole assembly is resting at an angle on top of my scrap wood pile.
2 - the fact that the assembly usually is clamp to a torsion box glue up table
3 - the fact that there is no bearing running on the underside of the X rail. Which will happen in due course.
