um, there are actually many varieties of white english, and as far as i know black people arent pissed about it
and speaking in a dialect doesnt make anyone sound retarded. judging people negatively by their dialect makes YOU sound retarded.

Amen!!! Thank God! I am glad you said this. I am so tired of people ripping us apart for how we speak, and then you have the fool hearty Black person who support that bull crap. I love African American vernacular and Gullah is beautiful. Peace.

"Black English" is American Black English. Then you also have many varieties of African English. Also Philippino English, Singlish (Singapore), Indian English; even Vietnamese English (where I live). Then we have Scot's English, Irish English, Australian, Cockney -- well do you see? There is not only one English.
