This girl is very unstable in her first centre exercise - as vaganova stresses a power wide back, I recommend you think of pulling down with the lats to stabilise, so you wont wobble all over theplace.

This video demonstrates the highest standard in ballet instruction. The instructor strives for precision, strength, grace, and beauty and attains all of the above through these beautifully trained dancers. I would NEVER waste my money and time on teachers who expect anything less that what is demonstrated in this video!

for the allegro, why did they put "pas" in front of the assembles and the glissades? my dance teacher doesn't do that and we've been doing that step since like kindgergarten

@katebenn15 for the level 1 for ages 10-11 assamble is introduced to the side
for the second semester assamble is inroduced to the front and to the back with out glissade or coupe.. assamble is not intoduced to a kinndergarten
