Wanderer's from Ys 3 Walkthrough part 8

Hoooo boy...THIS place...I'm just going to say this now, this is by far the hardest part of the game. You've got to be prepared to die. a LOT. But, if you're up for the challendge, well...here's whats to come, at least.

There's a way to make this part easier, if you don't mind cheating: save the game when near an enemy soldier, then reload the game. The soldiers will have disappeared from the screen. It means a lot of saving and loading, but it gets the job done.

Keep in mind I'm running off of a rom emulator, not an actual SNES. That glitch doesn't work for the rom.

I remember the first time I went to the castle, I thought I was able to pass the spears if they were up, lol. And wtf, why wont Elena stay put? And why is it that she can go in the most dangerous places and remain untouched? Either she is secretly facerolling everything or she is a good ninja, lol.

1. I agree. Elena's insistence to get herself into trouble is almost unbearably annoying.
