I've listened to Elton John's version, Mr. Collins version and this version. In summary I must surely say that Mr. Elton - as original composer - made the best version. In contrary to that Phil Collins really arranged a new version of the song that's really impressing from the aspect of rhythm! And the TOTO version is just fine because of the atmosphere - it's a little bit darker.

I Like this cover! It has that TOTO flair but missing Jeff, drums are a bit weak, but still enjoyed it. Thanx for sharing, thought I heard everything they have done but not this. Love "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". One of the best covers ever!

Jeff Porcaro died in 1992, this cover is from 2002. So i dont think its Jeff drumming. =D

At least a band with a pianist did the cover. I don't like covers of artists by bands that dont include the lead instrument. Is that the late Jeff Porcaro on the drums?
