I do not understand why put the sound through a digital eff. board. Know why I ask ?

this guy is correct...
if you want to drive the power tubes into distortion (instead of 100% preamp distortion), then 100 Watts is not good.
but it just depends what you are going for...

double in watts ONLY EQUALS +3 db in VOLUME
+10 db is a doubling in volume
In order to get TWICE as loud as a 50 watt amp, you need about 400 Watts...
so you can see that 50 Watts is fine for almost all situations. by the time you need more volume for liver performance, you probably have a sound guy with a PA to take care of that for you...
100 watts might be required if you are pushing some HEAVY palm mutes at loud volumes

I've heard some people actually prefer the 50-watters bc sometimes 100 watts is just too much... Not to mention the added reverb is a plus also!! With 50 watt tube combo's it's easier to saturate the power section without blowing your head off or tearing down your walls. 50 watts is still VERY VERY Ballsy though.

is it whale blue colour? This PRS is beautiful :-)

jajaja the sticker to window !! sounds very good , i have one like this "rect-o-verb combo" is really versatile and authentic ,all the channels are perfects (my opinion)
Does the 50 watt still kick ass? The 100 watt dual rectifier is blowing me away and everyone that stands in front of it! including the walls to my parents garage and my townhouse!
