When he was with ELP, Carl Palmer would take off his shirt during drum solos.

This drum kit sounds awesome! The Ludwig I have seen him play the last couple of times in the States has been a disappointment considering the other kits he has in his collection.
I was fortunate enough to see and hear him play his Paiste kit during a clinic in Philadelphia with Danny Carey. It was incredible (as is the one in this video)! I feel very lucky to have seen it, many people here have heard about it but have never seen it. It is worth the hype!

I the best LIVING drummer today.
Very much in the style of the great jazz drummers. Far better than the heavy metals, such as shirtless Barker and co.
