there was not a heckler in dress to kill dvd. however, the cd version is from a different performance in which there was a heckler. just clarifying for ya. cheers.

good example of how a heckler can sometimes make a show better, not because izzard is crap (he's awesome) but because everyone knows it's fresh and probably entertaining for the comedian too.
