the milk looks perfect... what's everyone complaining about??? Jeez, you people that say " where's the foam" "i don't see no foam" all you people are use to is over stretched and dry froth ice bergs... and as to @infamousmonster height of milk at 0:00 and then height of milk at 1:12, i'm pretty sure thats froth. And what he is creating is creamy dense silky froth not dry lumps of white air... plz

I've never seen the jug held that way before, with the wand going in the side of the jug over his hand like that. Hm.

Also, is my work the only place in the world that uses thermometers? lol :)

agree w/ florida...its beautiful microfoam...and infamous I've seen your attempt at microfoam so i wouldn't be so quick to offer your advice!

I find most comments on these videos to be very amateur and misinformed. Never bury the tip? Wrong. 10 sec perfect foam? Wrong. Can't do art on Silvia? Wrong again. Sheesh, it's like I'm talking to children.

Rancilio clearly states that you shouldn't place the steam wand in the middle of the container, nor bury the tip...

Also, it doesn't look like you created any of the microfoam. You steamed the milk, sure, but nothing in that video indicates froth.

FYI...It should only take 10-12 seconds to create perfect foam.
