I fought along the British in Iraq with the Marine Corps. Them and the Canadians are some of the bravest soldiers I've ever met, some of were even better than us Marines.

Thank you, Christoere. That side of America has been here all along. So glad you descovered it! Can't always go by how we are portrayed in movies or the media and you can't judge an entire nation based on a few jerks here and there. Every nation has those.

I really hated Americans because I thought that they had no respect to anyone but themselves and they also really hated us, and would take any chance they could to take the piss! But after seeing this video, and the comments, I feel like I have found a good and brilliant side to america that I thought was not there! If I may interject my civilian (albeit educated) opinion. It seems to me what makes the United States' equipment better is what makes its soldiers comparatively "worse" (I don't mean to say that they're bad, just not as good), and that is size. With America's size comes a lot of money, therefore better equipment. The UK however, because it has a smaller choice of people and a smaller budget for paying troops, has to pick the very best candidates for training. Does that make sense?
