Whitman engages Latino voters with goal of reinvigorating party

Latinos are one of the fastest-growing segments of Californias population, and Meg Whitman this month is traveling the state to reach out to this increasingly influential group of voters.

She is working to engage Latinos in her campaign, a necessity to be successful, she says, and an important step in reinvigorating the Republican Party.

On the road, she met with Latino political leaders, business owners and community members, listened to their stories and their aspirations for California, and encouraged them to support her vision for rebuilding the state.
