A thought: This: youtube [dot] com/watch?v=Tyxlaib9UF0 is MORE ANUSARA than the way many folks practice/teach Anusara...and I DON'T mean the moves; I mean the FEELING. EXHILERATION-JOY-LIGHTNESS-GOING FOR IT..being IN it, i.e., getting the mechanics right but sometimes w/o a bunch of mental chatter about alignment--cos if THAT'S goin on in your head you AINT really DOING YOGA. Humbly submitted for the good of discussion and advancement of the kula. I'm only a student. I profess no authority.

Chetanent, thank you for posting this. It is beautiful and inspiring. Anusara yoga has changed my whole experience of life for the better. My deepest gratitude goes out to John, his teachers, his teacher's teachers, and his students who are teaching me. ...one suggestion: I wonder why you tagged this clip with the category Sports? How about art? health? spirituality? ..i don't know, what are the other choices?
