2011 Training, my year after a horrendous start with a bicep tendon rupture this is the work and effort i've put in to get back to where I was. I'm still careful of the arm but on the whole pleased with my achievements and hopefully will train smarter in the future.

  • @saucefellowson At first I had no idea what you meant by PB's I thought you meant personal best's and i was like wtf? But you mean p-bars right? At a park near my house called caulfield park

  • are those overhead squats and snatches doing your injured bicep tendon any harm ?

  • @MrMbogza Never feel a thing in bicep tendon during any weightlifting activities, the stress is just not the same. Merely holding a support on rings has more bicep stress than a 100k overhead squat!

  • Nice work man! Yeah it's definitely a good idea to get into tumbling if your arm is giving you trouble, and visa versa

  • @MrArbitrager Yeah my tumbling improved dramatically after hurting my arm, still pretty ordinary but big improvements. Arm doesn't really bother me any more thank god

  • nice handstand man...i see you are training also on handstand...i'm also working on this, now i can hold RTO handstand with feet inside straps for 10 seconds...from you experience i have to gain more volume or i can start to try the free hs?

  • @baneparkour Thanks I wouldn't say the ring HS is that good, still needs a lot of work, but thanks anyway
