nice handstand man...i see you are training also on handstand...i'm also working on this, now i can hold RTO handstand with feet inside straps for 10 seconds...from you experience i have to gain more volume or i can start to try the free hs?

are those overhead squats and snatches doing your injured bicep tendon any harm ?

@MrMbogza Never feel a thing in bicep tendon during any weightlifting activities, the stress is just not the same. Merely holding a support on rings has more bicep stress than a 100k overhead squat!

Nice work man! Yeah it's definitely a good idea to get into tumbling if your arm is giving you trouble, and visa versa

@MrArbitrager Yeah my tumbling improved dramatically after hurting my arm, still pretty ordinary but big improvements. Arm doesn't really bother me any more thank god
