Well, this is my shot at this classic jig on my Dixon high D. I've played it better before, but I must admit that being on a vid tends to make me not play quite so good (a vareation of stage fright I think - which I have suffered from from time to time).
@Dakoo89 I've been playing the Tin Whistle for some months now (self taught) and the first songs I learnt were The Kesh Jig, Banish Misfortune, Boys of Belfast and Mist Covered Mountain... learnt them not because they were hard, but because I liked them...
Try learning them really slowly and then go speeding up! It is possible!
Try the webpage called "The Session". You got tons of music scores there!

how much it take for you to get enough dexterity to play jigs? Started learning to play the whislte on my own, and I can get tunes right by ear, but I can't play too speedy yet so I was curios. Been playing for a rather short while, and don't really get to practice too much since my folk can't stand "the noise" so even tough I've been at it for a year it's only been a cummulated 2 months at most.
