@1999521 Bahahahahaha that's a joke. I'm sorry, who invented Algebra? Blood Transfusions? Real working Hydraulics? The basis for modern Physics? Literally everything that the Romans didn't even bother to touch on? That's right, the Hindus, Arabs, and Chinese. While you people were still drilling holes in each others' heads, the Arabs were creating one of the greatest civilizations in human history. Learn to give credit where credit is due.

@Kra7as The days of glory of the middle east ended a long time ago. Greeks and romans conquered it and imposed their more advanced cultures. Then the arabs came, and they ruined it all. Modern culture is derived from the peoples of the west, Europe, not the peoples of the middle east.

@Ohmes00 yes but carthage didn't dominate all iberia ...there was also the romans ... and don't foget the vandal hordes!! then comes the berber invasion from Morocco (not barbarians)!!

love this one

its funny how people randomly get into debates about ethnicity when they should be commenting about what they think of the video..

@Ohmes00 What the hell are you talking about? Andalusians are spaniards like the rest. They are not a "middle eastern/north african/mediterranean culture ". Moors were. But not christian european spaniards, including andalusians.

arabic music is awsesome

I've been looking for that song for like 2 days. I thought maybe it was in TW1 and searched those vids, and I couldn't find it there either. These other songs are cool, but the one I really want isn't anywhere. :(

@Ohmes00 The land belonged to cartage before occupation???
Dude go read some history... The cartaginians were defeated 900 years before the arrival of the moors to Spain.

dude ive been trying to find that song as well, i know exactly what your talking about its a more relaxed melody and plays sometimes when u play as any three middle eastern empires. lemme know if u find out what it is, thanks
"spanish" music is andulusian music and the andalusians were a middle eastern/north african/mediterranean culture situated on the southern part of the iberian peninsula. The "spanish" adopted their culture after conquest, the same way the romans adopted greco-etruscan culture. The word guitar it self comes from the arabic quithara (meaning stringed instrument) from the greek kithara (harp). Before arab occupation of the andadus and cortoba, the land belonged to carthage and so called barbarians

This isn't middle-eastern, this is a Mediteranean soundtrack. Song of Toomba it's called. I think because of the moorish invasian in Spain they made this song.
