the cairo levels shit me up, especially the music at 2.18 and the monster.

I don't believe that he/she can't kill the boss. It is probably because of losing hitpoints or time. Am I right?

No,unfortunatelly you really cannot kill the Minotaurus. You can lock him inside that building for a short time. That's why you have to hurry to the big wheel, than up to the next level.
